Change the password of my account

If you don't remember your password, you can click on "Change my password" in the CMS connection page.

If you know the ID & Password of your account, you'll have to follow these steps: 

  1. Click on Account
  2. Then Settings


To increase the security of our website, your password has to be at least 8 characters and follows those requirements: 

  • At least one uppercase and one lowercase
  • One figure
  • One character non-alphanumeric (?,!,#,$,*...)
  • No common word (password, greencopper, admin ...)
